1) What is #ICarryTSL Rewards and how does it work?
You can now accumulate points when you place an order, follow us on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, etc
$1 spent = 10 points
Receive a $5 discount coupon when you accumulate 1000 points.
Receive a $10 discount coupon when you accumulate 2000 points.
Receive a $20 discount coupon when you accumulate 4000 points.
Receive a $50 discount coupon when you accumulate 10000 points.
3) How do I use my coupon?
After you redeem your points, you will receive an email with the reward code. Simply copy and paste the reward code within the 'discount/promo code' section during check out.
4) Can I stack my reward codes or use it with the current promotion or discount?
Unfortunately, the reward codes cannot be stacked; only one reward code can be applied at each transaction. Each voucher has to be fully utilised in one single transaction; do kindly note that any balance in value is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
5) Referrals (Friend Reward)
Refer a friend and receive a 10% discount voucher each when your friend successfully makes a purchase.
6) How do I get my Birthday Points?
Birthday points need to be updated in your account 30 days prior to your actual birthdate for the points to be automatically credited! If you have trouble with this or have updated your birth date too close to the actual day, you may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
7) What happens to my points if I make a refund/exchange?
Unfortunately, there is no refunds of points in this case.
8) Do my points expire?
Good news! There is no expiry for your points!
