  • All returned item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.
  • Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • THE SOPHIA LABEL reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. THE SOPHIA LABEL’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
  • Due to the nature of the material, the names/characters embossed may have slight uneven imprints – This is not a defect.
  • All sale item(s) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • In the event if item is no longer in stock, refunds will be made in store credits to your THESOPHIALABEL.com account.
  • Should there be any dispute in amount of store credit for any return or exchange, Store credit refund will be based on merchandise value on Sales Order.
  • Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.
  • It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by THE SOPHIA LABEL or previously modified in a manner not authorised by THE SOPHIA LABEL.
  • THE SOPHIA LABEL makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.



  • THE SOPHIA LABEL will verify your payment within 24 hours after payment has been made. Once verified, items will be sent out within 2-5 working days.
  • Payment can be made via STRIPE (Payment Gateway for Credit/Debit Cards), iBanking or ATM transfers to THE SOPHIA LABEL’s POSB/DBS/OCBC/UOB accounts.
    • For ibanking, customer will need to provide us with you ibanking nick and transaction reference.
    • For ATM transfers, customer will need to email us a photo of your receipt.
  • In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, THE SOPHIA LABEL would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.
  • Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 24 hours after order is being placed.



  • Our watches are covered under a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Note that the following are not covered during the warranty term:
    • Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
    • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
    • Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.
    • Products that are not purchased from The Sophia Label or any authorised retailer.



  • Customers who have place backorder with us may check the order status via https://www.thesophialabel.com/backorder-status
  • Please note that all dates stated on our website is ESTIMATED, there may be delays at times due to unforseen circumstances (eg: Public Holidays, etc.)
  • In the event where customer choose to buy IN STOCK with BACKORDER items, it will be sent together with your Backorder item(s) after they arrive.
  • Customer who would like to have their IN STOCK ship out first will need to top up the additional shipping fees incurred.


  • THE SOPHIA LABEL will verify your payment within 24 hours after payment has been made. Once verified, items will be sent out within 2-5 working days.
  • Our working Days are Mondays – Fridays (Except Public Holidays).
  • THE SOPHIA LABEL will send an email to inform customers when item(s) is sent, therefore providing us a correct email address is VERY IMPORTANT.
  • No Meet ups, unless otherwise stated.

After we have finish processing your order,

  • For Singapore buyers, please allow 1 to 5 working days for your package to reach you
  • For Overseas buyers, please allow 5-10 working days for your package to reach you.
  • Tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel is mailed.
  • For item(s) that are returned to THE SOPHIA LABEL due to customer’s negligence, customer will have to pay for the postage fees again for THE SOPHIA LABEL to ship back the parcel to customer. THE SOPHIA LABEL will not entertain any requests of refunds.
  • Orders shipped out of Singapore are no longer in our control once it has left Singapore. Customs in respective countries may have different policies which THE SOPHIA LABEL has no control over it.
  • Customer may be required to pay duty taxes in their own country due to individual countries’ rules and regulations. THE SOPHIA LABEL is not responsible for it.
  • Please note that “Delivery time” starts from the next working day after we mail out the parcel (which will be after 2– 5 working days of processing).
  • Should you choose to inform the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery, we bear NO responsibilities to any lost and/or damages to your item(s).



  • We regret to inform you after payment is being made, THE SOPHIA LABEL do NOT accept any cancellation.



You may only return/exchange regular-priced item(s) purchased online via our Online Store if the item(s) received by you has defects or is a wrong item within 3 days upon receiving of items.

  • Return/Exchange policy is only strictly for faulty items caused by manufacturing process (Manufacturing defects) or if you have received the wrong item(s).
  • Please ensure that the item(s) is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • We will ship the replacement item(s) to you, however this is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, providing store credit or any other methods at the discretion of THESOPHIALABEL.COM
  • All returns via the online store will be refunded by store credit into your THESOPHIALABEL.COM account if the item(s) is no longer in stock.
  • All sale item(s) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. THE SOPHIA LABEL reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.



  • Store credit is applicable only for online purchases at THE SOPHIA LABEL.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  • Store credit will be directly credited into your THESOPHIALABEL.COM account and can be used immediately upon receipt.
  • Store credit is tagged to your THESOPHIALABEL.COM and is non-transferable.
  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via credit card or bank transfer for the balance due.
